Yes, we can help you with an informed perspective and a risk analysis of the current accounting and economic activity of your company. In addition to the services provided by your accountant, we can help with transfer pricing services in relation with affiliates, legal and tax due-diligence procedures, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
>Which is the accounting platform you are currently working with?
In case you want us to take over the accounting activity, you get to keep your current procedures, because we are integrated with most accounting and ERP platforms in Romania. If you do not have a preference in this regard, we provide you with a fluent bookkeeping process and up-to-date accounting statements via the online platform “HAMOR”.
> Can you be of help in case of a legal audit or a court case?
Of course, we offer representation before tax authorities, support during tax and legal audits as well as representation before courts in disputes and lawsuits. We have partnerships with law firms specialized in fiscal and economic disputes of civil nature with which we have managed to win in the courts of law several rights of the business community.
